Allen Brandt]] multiples times as the officer approached him for questioning.

[2]Jenkins-Alexie then took his gun, stomped on his head and taunted him as the officer stood and tried to get away.

He then drove off in Brandt's patrol car.

Allen Brandt]] in the eye, which would eventually end up killing him after undergoing complicated eye surgery.
