Ann Bastianelli is an American marketing and branding expert, professor, and consultant based in Indianapolis.[4] Starting her career in graduate school as a consultant to Bob Knight about his personal brand, Bastianelli has gone on to work on memorable advertising campaigns such as ‘2 Scoops of Raisins’ for Kellogg’s Raisin Bran, Leggo My Eggo, and more.[2] She is currently a Senior Lecturer of Marketing at the Kelley School of Business and President and CEO of Anthology Consulting.[4]

Ann graduated from Speedway Senior High School. She attended Indiana University Bloomington where she studied fine arts education and business. After completing her undergraduate degree, Ann earned an MBA in marketing from the Kelley School of Business and graduated Cum Laude in 1982.[4]
Career
Bastianelli has held a number of positions in her career including Account Supervisor for Leo Burnett, Diector of Advertising and later Director of New Product Development for DowBrands, and VP of Marketing and Employee Development at Batesville Casket Company.
She is currently President and CEO of Anthology Consulting, and is an expert in interpreting trends in corporate and consumer behavior, determining what is possible, probable, and preferable for marketers and consumers alike.
In addition, she is a Professor at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and in 2013 received the Trustee's Teaching Award.
She has also been voted ''Most Motivating' and 'Most Memorable Professor' by Kelley graduates.[4]
For 25 years, Ann's distinguished career has included leadership positions in a variety of industries, including college athletics, advertising, marketing, product innovation and personal performance.
A member of Who's Who in Marketing, Ann has advised some of the world's most admired organizations and personalities, including Leo Burnett, McDonald's, Kellogg's, Kraft, DowBrands, Franklin-Covey, Indiana University, IKON Office Solutions, Hillenbrand Industries, and basketball coaching legend, Bob Knight.
Notably, Ann's marketing legacy includes work on timeless consumer campaigns such as "2 Scoops of Raisins" for Kellogg's Raisin Bran, The talking Parkay Margarine tub, Happy Meals and Ronald McDonald advertising, Ziploc, Saran Wrap, and Dow Bathroom Cleaner's Scrubbing Bubbles.
Ann has been quoted in ESPN, The Wall Street Journal, Ad Age, Ad Week, abcnews.com, and Fast Company.com, and have authored numerous articles and three books along with acting as technical editor for two books in the 'For Dummies' series: Business Plan Kits for Dummies and Strategic Planning for Dummies.
