Andrew Stoltmann

Andrew Stoltmann (born 1971) is an American securities attorney, television personality, law professor and author.

He’s also the founder of Stoltmann Law[1] and is currently a legal analyst for Fox News.[2][3][4][5]

Early Life and Education

Stoltmann was born to Gerald Stoltmann and Rose Stoltmann in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

He attended Marquette University High School[6] and later, attended the University of Wisconsin (Madison) and DePaul University School of Law, graduating in 1999.[7]

Career

Stoltmann started his career as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch in Milwaukee, Wisconsin after college.[8] After law school, he worked as a securities attorney representing investors in lawsuits and arbitration claims against banks and brokerage firms.

In 2017, he became the President of the Public Investor Arbitration Bar Association (PIABA) and served there until 2018.[9] He is currently an adjunct securities Law Professor at Northwestern School of Law in Chicago, Illinois.

Stoltmann also represents NBA, NFL, and MLB professional athletes[10] among others like the $768 million Wisconsin Powerball lottery winner,[11] and the heirs of the estate of musician Prince[12]. Stoltmann also raises money for various politicians in Illinois and across the nation.[13]

Publication

Stoltmann is the co-author of the book Waging War on Wall Street: My Battles Suing Banks and Brokerage Firms –And How You Can Win Too[14] with New York Times journalist John Wasik.[15][16]

Television

Since 2001, Stoltmann has been actively appearing on national television and has been featured as a guest on a variety of national and cable networks including CNN[17], CNBC[18] and Dateline. He is currently a legal analyst for Fox News Channel.

Personal Life

Stoltmann is divorced and has three children.

He resides in Barrington Hills, IL.
