Andres Arturo Villagomez is a is 21-year-old man from Galveston, Texas. She is the ex-boyfriend of 18-year-old Brandy Vela, who committed suicide after being harassed by Villagomez an his girlfriend, Karinthya Romero.

On November 29, 2016 Brandy Vela committed suicide, shooting herself in front of her family after being cyber bullied, stalked, and harassed by Karinthya Romero and Andres Villagomez (Brandy's ex-boyfriend).
Two days after Vela's suicide, her older Jacqueline Vela told KPRC-TV that she was at home when she "heard someone crying... So I ran upstairs and I looked in her room, and she's against the wall and she has a gun pointed at her chest and she's just crying and crying and I'm like, 'Brandy, please don't. Brandy, no."[0]
After rushing to her parents' room she said she heard the shot and her dad yelling 'Help me.
Help me.
Help me.'
Vela's dad, Raul, said, "I was almost certain that I could persuade her to put that gun down.
It didn't work.
She pulled the trigger."
Arrest (Revenge Porn)
Gomez is charged with charged with unlawful disclosure or promotion of intimate visual material and is being held on a $2,500 bond, a misdemeanor punishable by up to a year in jail.

"A person commits an offense of unlawful disclosure of intimate images if without the effective consent of the depicted person, the person intentionally discloses visual material depicting another person with the person’s intimate parts exposed or engaged in sexual conduct."
Kaithnya Romero, on the other hand, is charged with stalking and online impersonation, felonies punishable by 2 to 10 years in prison. Court documents allege that she, on multiple occasions, made threatening and harassing phone calls to Vela and made offensive comments to Brandy Vela about her weight and made fake Facebook profiles with her phone number that said she wanted sex. Romero is being held on bonds totaling $20,000.
Galveston County prosecutor Bill Reed said he's not aware of the two having attorneys.
