Andre Barbins is an American swimming coach at St. Mary's College of Maryland. He is the the head coach of the men’s and women’s swimming teams and the aquatics center Director at St. Mary’s College. ^[1]

A 1993 graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University, he was a four-year letterwinner and team captain for the Battling Bishops. After leaving Ohio Wesleyan University, Barbins spent one season as the head coach at Regina H.S. in Euclid, Ohio, and one season as an assistant coach at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland.

In February 2016, he gained notoriety for being arrested on charges of child porn.
