Early Life & Education
Anastasia Williams attended Friends Academy, a Quaker school in Glen Cove, New York, for high school graduating in 2010.
Williams graduated from New York University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Media Studies.
Career
Since September 2018, Anastasia Williams has been a Segment Producer and Talent Booker for ABC's GMA Day, which is the third hour of Good Morning America (GMA).
She was previously a Segment Producer and Talent Booker for Good Morning America from 2016-2018.
In this role, Williams booked talent for GMA and live producing their segments.
She has produced celebrity guests including Cindy Crawford, Whoopi Goldberg, DJ Khaled, Lauren Conrad, Misty Copeland, Kelly Rowland, Tyra Banks, Ryan Seacrest, Gwyneth Paltrow and Cameron Diaz.
Live segments have also included musical performances, including The Chainsmokers, Florida Georgia Line, Sting, Backstreet Boys, Earth, Wind & Fire and Blink-182.
Her booking responsibilities have included booking guests for breaking news, human interest and celebrity driven segments.
She has also covered news stories on assignment.
Williams also handles union fees and cost analysis for live musical productions.
[0] From 2015-2016, Williams worked on Good Morning America as an Associate Segment Producer and Executive Assistant to ABC’s Senior Book Producer, handling all aspects of producing live book segments.
She also worked closely with the senior producer in order to work with authors and handle all aspects of production.
Williams assisted in live producing GMA’s animal driven segments with ABC’s Jack Hanna.
She also booked talent and live guests for human interest and breaking news stories.

On April 30, 2017 Anastasia Williams and her team at Good Morning America won an Outstanding Morning Program Daytime Emmy Award.
