Amy Wanda Lauer is a resident of Stearns County, Minnesota.

Lauer is being charged on third-degree murder for the death of an adult male identified as R.S.B. (Ryan Stirling Boen, 33 years old), according to Steams County Court.

Fentanyl patches.

She is also being charged for third-degree sale of a controlled substance.

R.S.B. died on April 20, 2016 at a residence on 1000 block of 22nd Avenue North.

Autopsy ,done by the Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office, showed that Fentanyl overdose was the cause of death.

Authorities searched her phone and found there were conversations of other drugs like Xanax, Percocet, and other prescription drugs.Amy

did admit she provided R.S.B controlled substances regularly. ^[3]

She was arrested on 06/09/2016.

^[1]If Amy is convicted she will receive 25 years in jail and receive a $40,000 fine.
