An unidentified neighbor seen Amy yelling at the Riverwood Apartments courtyard and asked her to calm down.

The neighbor then asked her about her son.

She replied that he was in the apartment under a blanket.

After first checking on Caden in his room, the neighbor searched further and found him in the living room. ^[1]

There was a recliner tipped over and he was halfway on it under a blanket. ^[1]

He wasn’t breathing and was cold.

His head was laying on the arm of the up-turned recliner, covered with the blanket.
