Amirah Kinlaw was a third grade student at Steuart Hill Academic Academy.
Death
On June 16, 2016 Amirah Kinlaw was strucked and killed in a hit and run crash in Baltimore, Maryland. Kinlaw was walking back home from her school, Steuart Hill Academic Academy when she and a crossing guard were struck by an oncoming driver. [1]
Kinlaw was transported to Johns Hopkins Children's Center where she was pronounced dead. [1]
Amirah Kinlaw family have set up a Go Fund Me to help with funeral cost.
Perpetrator
The driver who struck Kinlaw was identified as a 14 year old assailant.
He will be charged as a juvenile with vehicular manslaughter.
