Alvin Stoll was a resident of Chicago, Illinois. ^[1]

On February 9, 2017, was shot to death in Jefferson Park, Chicago. ^[1]At 9:06 p.m., he was in an alley with another person near the 5300 block of West Foster Avenue when someone shot at him from a dark-colored car. ^[1]

He was brought to Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge with a gunshot wound in his abdomen and was pronounced dead at 10:10 p.m. ^[1]

The homicide is Jefferson Park's first shooting since October 2015, and its fourth since 2010. ^[1]

Alvin was born in Chicago and moved to Fort Lauderdale, FL with his parents.

He attended Bay View Elementary before moving back to Chicago and attending Beaubien Elementary.

He attended Taft High School and then Ombudsman NW.

Alvin loved hanging out with his friends, playing basketball and video games.

He was funny and had a presence about him.

He was a lyricist and naturally funny and witty.

He has many friends and family members who love him.

His life was taken a few months after he turned 17 so he did not get to become the man he could have been.
