Alistair Izobell

Alistair Izobell (Age 36 years old) is singer, songwriter & event promoter in Cape Town, South Africa. He is known as a host for “Heart 104.9 FM”, where he anchor his own radio show on Saturday and Sunday.

Early life

Alistair Izobell was born in Cape Town. While still a child he was chosen to perform “Children of the World” at the World Popular Song Festival in Tokyo in 1989.

Career

Alistair started his career in the theatre when he was cast as Broertjie the newspaper vendor in the Kramer-Petersen musical District Six.

Alistair was cast in the Kramer-Petersen musical “Kat and the Kings” and performed the role on the West End and Broadway.

Alistair received an Olivier Award in London for his role as Magoo. [3][4]

In 2009, together with Loukmaan Adams, Alistair produced and was one of the performers in Where the Boys Are at On Broadway and the Baxter Theatre.

Alistair has his own production company and has produced several shows at the Baxter Theatre.[1] [2][5]
