Ali Meyer is an American journalist based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She is an anchor fellow at KFOR-TV where she anchors the News 4 Morning Show and files special reports for the 10 p.m. news. [1] [11]

Meyer graduated cum laude from the Newhouse School of Communications at Syracuse University. [11]
Career
Prior to joining KFOR-TV, Meyer worked as a general assignment reporter at WTVH in Syracuse, New York. [11]
Awards & Recognition
Meyer has won an Edward R. Murrow Award for documenting the survival of the Moore tornado victim Edith Morales.
She has earned four regional Emmy Awards for her investigative and long-form reporting work. She also earned a National News Emmy Award as part of the KFOR team coverage of the 2013 Moore Tornado. She has been nominated more than a dozen times for the prestigious regional Emmy award. Ali has also been awarded four national Gracie Awards for her reports on issues affecting women. [11]
Meyer has been honored by the Oklahoma Association of Broadcasters, the Oklahoma Chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists, the Oklahoma Associated Press and the William Randolph Hearst Foundation. [11]
Breast cancer
In October 2019, Meyer live-streamed her mammography on Facebook, after she was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2018. Video of the livestream was shared widely on social media. [12]
She is currently cancer free.
