Alexander John Finnen (born June 1952) is a senior fellow at the Institute for Statecraft. [1] He was born in Beckenham and is a Major in the UK Intelligence Corps. Finnen was responsible for recruiting candidates for Specialist Group Military Intelligence (SGMI) on behalf of Chris Donnelly. [1]
Anonymous claimed that Finnen demanded the removal of his information from the Institute for Statecraft website, prior to the FCO awarding them a multi-million pound grant of British taxpayers money in what they suggest as obvious corruption. [1]
