Alex Gronlund, Well known for her covers on YouTube under the name Alex G, she is an independent singer and songwriter who released her debut EP Found on September 25, 2012. Tyler Ward reached out to and introduced Alex G for the YouTube world to see on TylerWardTV. She then began her own channel and uploaded her first video on December 7, 2010. She was a varsity softball player in high school and had plans to play softball at the collegiate level. She was born in Denver and enrolled at Colorado State University before choosing to pursue a career in music instead, dropping out of CSU after only year. She partnered with Target to donate $10,000 to her old elementary school where her mother also teaches. Her parents' names are Brenda and Jack and she has a younger sister named Jackie. She collaborated with YouTuber Peter Hollens to create a "Disney Medley." ^[1]
