Alex Crockford (born June 15,1990) is a British Certified Personal Trainer, Internet Personality , Fitness Model and Chief Executive Officer CrossFit, an Online business.^[4]

Alex was born and raised in the United Kingdom. While growing up Alex was always enthusiastic to be a Sportsman. Little wonder in high school he participated in various sportin events and he sought to excel in them all.

His love for physical activity led him to find a career in bodybuilding.

Alex's fitness career started while in high shcool, he easily transited to lifting weights and competing on the stage.

Over the years, his physique has transformed and he shared his progress to his followers on social media.

He has become a role model to a good number of them^[7]

From being a passion to a career path Alex placed his focus on Fitness and weight training. In 2011, he earned degree in fitness coaching, he became a certified Personal trainer.

He gained more experience in coaching in gyms, afterwards he opened his own business as a coach.
