Alexander Bolen is the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of international luxury goods firm Oscar de la Renta.

Mr. Bolen was named Chief Executive Officer in 2004 after serving as the company¹s Director of Corporate Development for more than a year.

Prior to joining Oscar de la Renta in 2003, he worked for 14 years on Wall Street in leveraged finance most recently as Managing Director in the Mezzanine Capital Group at Bear Stearns & Co. ^[0]
