She is married with two children.

Experience
Alene worked as a Flight attendant with Jetstar Asia Airways from January 2011 to June 2012 and SilkAir from June 2012 to June 2014.[4] She started her career with Prudential Assurance Company (Singapore) in 2014 and has won an impressive number of awards over the years. She has been awarded the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) and Court of The Table (COT) titles; one of the leading accolades for financial consultants worldwide for five time consecutively from 2014 to 2019. [5]
As a professional Private Wealth Consultant in Opus by Prudential, Alene also achieved personal career milestones in 2019 when she founded her own training school called ''Breakthrough and Grow''.
The school delivers a dedicated syllabus and framework for sales and service professionals.
One of her main objectives is to elevate the standards of the finance industry and to equip her students with the skills to deliver exceptional service to their clients.
Her signature “Sales Mastery Workshop” trains students to develop the right mindset, pushing them to be a top performer in their respective fields.
Alene’s methodology also provides students with the insights to building a solid, profit-generating sales system while positioning themselves as an expert and be well respected by their clients through modern strategies of personal branding, marketing and social media prospecting.
Alene believes in adding great value to people around her.
Since 2014, she has been giving back to the society by doing yearly charity work in Indonesia, helping the less fortunate in the rural slums with food rations and donations.[1]
