Alena Vranova is a blockchain entrepreneur based in Prague. She is the founder and former Chief executive officer of Trezor and head of strategy of Casa Inc. Vranova develops early stage ideas into successful products and services. Her track record includes several successful startups in finance and technology. 
Vranova graduated University College of International and Public Relations Prague with a Master's degree in Economic diplomacy. She also earned a master's degree in Marketing communication and a master in German from Comenius University. 
She has over 15 years of experience in business leadership and development, including as Head of Business. She also launched oPojisteni.cz, an online media site for insurance professionals in the Czech Republic. In 2013, she left the traditional financial industry and founded SatoshiLabs, one of the most highly regarded companies in the Bitcoin space. 
SatoshiLabs has introduced several products that significantly changed the landscape of the Bitcoin ecosystem: CoinMap, Slush Pool, the TREZOR hardware wallet.
