Aja Elan Hashian is well known as the sister of Lauren Hashian, the wife of Dwayne Johnson, an actor, producer, and retired professional wrestler. Aja was born and raised in Boston and later moved to Los Angeles.

In 2003, Hashian received a bachelor's degree in Marketing, communications and public relations from Emerson College.^[2]

Aja Hashian started her career in 2004 as a Sr. Account Services Manager for the Miami Heat. From 2008-2010, she worked as an Account Manager for the Los Angeles Clippers. In 2010, she became the Customer Service Director at ScoreBig. Since 2016, Hashian has been the Director of Client Services at Right Counsel.^[2]

From 2010-2017, she was a songwriter for Genuine Artist Management.^[2]

Hashian was born and raised in Boston.^[3] She has a sister, Lauren Hashian, and a brother, Adam Hashian. Aja is also an aunt for two nieces. She is married and has two sons.^[5]

On March 22, 2017, Aja Hashian's father, Sib Hashian, died of a heart attack.

He was performing onstage when he collapsed after having a heart attack.^[14]

In December 2019, Hashian received a car as a present from Dwayne Johnson. In a video he posted on Instagram, Dwayne Johnson surprises Hashian with a brand new truck for Christmas. He leads Hashian out of the house and toward a white truck with a big red bow parked in the driveway. "This Christmas surprise felt good," Johnson wrote in the caption of the video. "Merry Christmas to my sister in law, @aja_elan for simply being the most loving, supportive and coolest human we could ever ask for. From day 1. Enjoy your new ride with good mana and love. Merry Christmas!"^[1]
