After his university studies Molina remained within the Greater New York City area. In May 2007, he started his career as a sales associate with Sales-Fax News (an online news and information resource that delivers prospects to the media community).
Subsequently, in November 2009, Molina joined Elsevier as an account executive.
In June 2010, Molina was hired as a business development manager by Likeable Media, a digital marketing and advertising agency.
In October 2010, remaining in the Greater New York City area, he joined TYKU Sake as a digital marketing & public relations manager. In the summer of 2014, the internal TYKU Sake team began partnerships to market and distribute other premium spirits brands such as Aviation Gin, Sombra Mezcal, and Astral Tequila. As a result Davos Brands formed and Adrian Molina joined them as a brand communications manager. In July 2014, he was promoted to senior brand manager. As of May 2019, Molina manages the development of strategies, execution, and analysis of the Davos Brands portfolio's digital platforms as well as the company's public relations initiatives, and trade communications. Aviation Gin is one of the brands in his portfolio. He is enthusiastic about his job, as can be read on his LinkedIn profile, "I work with Ryan Reynolds...but that's not even the best part of the job.".
Molina describes himself as monolingual, 'Uni-Lingual Boricua.'
He created his own remake of 8 Mile remake, part of which is published on his LinkedIn profile,
"Cultural sensibilities derived from Hip-Hop mentalities building the tonalities of making banalities into marketable personalities aiming for the finality of CMO responsibilities."
