His 2009 title brought the JFR team its 15th championship while the team’s 19th crown was his 2017 title. In all 13 of his competitive seasons, Hight has finished in the top 10 points. Hight has grown up in Alturas but now lives in Yorba Linda, California. Hight finally joined a team after a number of years as a spectator, and in 1995 she became a clutch specialist for John Force Racing.
