Abul Bajandar (aka Tree Man) is a Bangladeshi man with a rare disease called Epidermodysplasia Verruciformis (Lewandowsky-Lutz dysplasia) that causes growths on the body of those afflicted. On February 20th 2016, he underwent government funded surgery to remove the lesions at Dhaka Medical College Hospital in Bangladesh. The growths started to appear in 2006 when he was 16 years old, and weighed 5kg/11lbs when they were removed. ^[1]
