History
Zopper is owned by Solvy Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd.
Solvy Tech, which began its journey with Brand and Me which used to run product reviews platform.
It was founded in 2010 by Surjendu Kuila and Neeraj Jain.
It raised its first round of investments as Brand and Me and by the second round was rebranded as Reviews42.
By the third round the company was rebranded [3] from a previous venture Reviews42.
The company has more than 15k merchants on board from cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad and 20 other cities.
Funding
Zopper has till date raised three rounds of overseas funding, in November, 2011, an undisclosed amount seed fund by Blume Ventures [4] and Ventureast.
In April, 2013 Pre-Series A funds of an undisclosed amount by Blume ventures and Nirvana Ventures.
The last round of $5 million was led by Tiger Global in June 2014.
Zopper has recently raised a $20 million funding from Tiger Global and Nirvana Venture Advisors.
Business Standard reported that Zopper eyeing a $100 million in Series-B funding [6]
