Vipin Reshammiya

Vipin Reshammiya

Vipin Reshammiya is an Indian music director. He was the first musician to incorporate electronic instruments into Indian music under the baton of music composers Shankar Jaikishan. He is the father of singer and actor Himesh Reshammiya. He has worked with several music directors such as RD Burman, Laxmikant-Pyarelal, Shankar Jaikishan and his son Himesh. He also was the music director for the Hindi movies Adalat Ke Bahar and Insaf Kaa Suraj.

Personal life

Vipin is married to Madhu and they have two sons, Jayesh and Himesh.

Jayesh died due to a brain hemorrhage at the age of 13.
