On August 27, 2012, Senior Vice President Celeste Fierro, and CEO Jonathan Segal of The ONE Group joined OmniPeace founder Mary Fanaro to ring the opening bell of the NASDAQ. ^[4]

The ONE Group's European locations, STK and Cucina Aselina, are now open in the ME Hotel London, the Foster and Partners-designed property in the Strand in the original home of BBC Radio. ^[5]

In June 2013 Founder & CEO Jonathan Segal won the coveted Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in New York.

In October 2013, The ONE Group became a publicly quoted company through a merger with Committed Capital Acquisition Corp. (OTCQB:STKS)
