Taylor Guerrero and her then girlfriend Courtney Wilson won an $80,000 settlement in a lawsuit against the city of Honolulu. [undefined]
The lawsuit said the couple was holding hands and kissing in a Honolulu grocery store in March 2015 when Bobby Harrison a Honolulu police officer told them to stop and “take it somewhere else.” [undefined]
The couple was allegedly placed in restraints when they failed to comply and were jailed for two days on charges of assault on a law enforcement officer.
The charges were eventually dropped.
