Talentica Software (Talentica Software India Pvt Ltd) is an offshore product development company headquartered in Pune, India with a sales presence in San Jose, California. Talentica helps technology companies across the globe with the research and development of their software products.

Talentica was founded in 2003 by Nitin Shimpi and Manjusha Madabushi.

Both the founders are IIT-Bombay alumni. Nitin Shimpi and Manjusha Madabushi played a major role in the establishment and operations of California-based Egain Communications in India.
