SyncBack

SyncBack

SyncBack is software which allows backing up and synchronizing files to the same or different drives, to different media (CD, DVD, Flash, zip), or to a remote server. [1]

There are three versions of SyncBack available: SyncBackFree, SyncBackSE (shareware) or SyncBackPro (shareware). [2]

The program has been highly rated for being easy to use.

[3]

SyncBackFree is free for home and business use.

SyncBackSE and SyncBackPro include a number of extra features, e.g. open file copying, versioning, SFTP, backup to CD/DVD, 256-bit AES encryption, backup to email servers, scripting, cloud, MTP, backup of email, etc. [4]

The software also offers a "verify" command which allows MD5 hash comparisons between files to ensure accurate data copying.
