Shay Jordan (born November 17, 1985), is a Filipino American former pornographic actress. ^{[7] [9]}

Jordan was born in the Philippines and later moved to Hawaii, United States, where she lived with her cousins. Her cousins' father was in the Navy, so the family moved frequently until settling in San Diego, California when Jordan was in her teens. ^[12] She attended San Diego Culinary Art School, where she got a degree in French and Asian cuisine. ^{[14] [15]} Jordan is half-Filipino and half-German. ^{[11] [9] [17]} Jordan is an avid cook and has stated she would eventually like to open her own restaurant. ^{[19] [21]}

Jordan began her adult career doing nude modeling, ^[17] and she later began appearing in lesbian and solo scenes while working for an agency. A few months after, she moved away from lesbian films, as she felt she could create better scenes while with men.
