The company was founded by **** in 1993, and received investments by Intel Capital and GE Capital in 2001 and 2002. It launched its IPO (Initial Public Offering) in March 2006 and is now a public company with shares listed in the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange BSE). in India. [3]
