Henrik Twardzik (born 11 September 1975) known by his stage name Neelix, is a German DJ and the music producer of Spintwist Records.

Neelix started as a DJ in 1998, and since 2000 also works as a producer.

In that year also he adopted his stage name Neelix.

In 2003 he released his first album Resident.

By 2010, he published a total of 5 albums.

Neelix entered Germany at numerous festivals, also in other European countries as well as in Israel, Brazil, Mexico and Australia.

He also played in Sweden, Denmark, Greece, Switzerland, Austria, the United Kingdom, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Hungary.

Along with the project Day.Din,

Neelix founded the label Glamour Studios in 2006.

The style of Neelix is quiet by a driving bass, spherical surfaces and regular use of film and vocals as well as the frequent use of melodic passages marked as tension member.

His sets tend often towards progressive house, but are usually clearly identified as progressive trance.

Twardzik works at his live performances with his laptop, midi controllers and keyboards with previously blended samples, or own productions, which he arranged and modified live.
