Mike Adriano (born 30 June 1980)^[2] is a pornographic actor and director.^[1] He has been nominated for best director awards at several recent AVN Award, XBIZ Award and XRCO Award ceremonies.^{[3][4][5][6][7]}

Adriano is recognized as a major director in the genre of gonzo pornography.^[8] His work at times takes to extremes, even by the standards of gonzo, two of the distinctive characteristics of the genre: very lengthy scenes (over one hour),^{[8] []} and graphic focus on the purely physical aspects of sex (for example, measuring dilation of bodily orifices).^{[8] [] [9]}

Porn star and director Bonnie Rotten has credited Adriano with inspiring and encouraging her to direct.^[10] Porn star Candice Dare has expressed her liking for working with Adriano, as a demanding director and colleague who pushes her to the limits of her abilities.^[9]
