Acquisition

Marlabs acquired shares in Extentor Tquila (ET) in July 2015 to strengthen its Salesforce Platform capabilities.

ET was subsequently rebranded as.

ET is a Salesforce.com Gold Cloud Alliance Partner and reseller headquartered in Bangalore.

Controversy

On September 10, 2010, former employee Sandeep Ramakapeta filed a civil complaint against Marlabs in New Jersey District Court. The complaint alleged Marlabs and its officers arranged a scheme to defraud Marlabs’ foreign employees who receive H-1B visas of wages the federal government requires Marlabs to pay the employees. [8] The case was dismissed in December 2010. [9]
