Steven Wolfe (born December 31, 1978), known professionally as Johnny Sins, is a pornographic actor, director, and Internet personality.^[5] He has received nominations for numerous adult industry awards, including the AVN Award for Male Performer of the Year twice.^[6][7] He is consistently among the most popular pornography searches.^{[8][9][10][11]}

After graduating college, Wolfe got a job working in construction six days a week.^[12] In 2006, he quit and moved to Los Angeles, California, to enter the adult film industry.^[12] His first gigs were through Craigslist ads.^[12] Wolfe has been described as a "go-to guy" for the production studio Brazzers,^[6] performing in 1,054 scenes for the company as of April 1, 2019.^[2] He performed in about 2,300 videos in his pornographic career.^[13]

On June 10, 2015, Pornhub launched a crowdfunding campaign through Indiegogo to produce the first adult film in space.^[14][15][16] Wolfe and fellow actress Eva Lovia were slated to perform in the film.^[17][18] If the project were successfully funded, the two would have received six months of rigorous preparation for the launch, including zero gravity, velocity, and temperature training.^[19][14] When asked about the opportunity, Wolfe said, "It's beyond just doing it for the money, or the money shot for that matter. It's about making history."^[20] The campaign raised $236,086 over 60 days, failing to reach its goal of $3.4 million.^[21]

In early 2017, Wolfe and actress Kissa Sins launched their YouTube channel SinsTV, which chronicles their day-to-day lives and features sex advice.^[4][22] To date, the channel has accumulated over nine hundred thousand subscribers. A video of Wolfe trying out various Turkish snacks briefly became the top YouTube video in Turkey.^[5][9][23]

In July 2018, an image of Wolfe, along with several other notable adult stars, was painted on the side of a bus that traveled around Kerala, India.^[24][25] The mural was part of a marketing campaign aimed to boost college tour rides.^[24]

Wolfe received the award for Most Popular Male Performer by Women at the inaugural Pornhub Awards;^[26][27] winners were determined by users' streaming data.^[26]

As of mid 2019, Wolfe stated that he has stopped filming adult movies but also says he may still be open for work opportunities in the future.^[28]

Wolfe was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.^[3] He has described himself as "very shy" while growing up.^[12] His wife is fellow actress Kissa Sins.^[1] He currently resides in Las Vegas, Nevada.

In October 2017, a picture of Wolfe was tweeted by a user claiming he was missing in relation to the Las Vegas shooting at the Mandalay Bay.^[29][30][31] The tweet was one of many viral hoaxes that emerged about the shooting.^[29][30]
