Gadre Marine Export is a Private Company incorporated on 12 May 1994, as Indian Non-Government Company and is registered at Registrar of Companies, Pune.

It started India's first Surimi manufacturing plant in 1994.

The company recently entered into the packaged frozen premium seafood segment, by launching its own brand.
