Kira Lee Orsag,^[3] (born September 23, 1989)^[1] known professionally as Dani Daniels is an American pornographic actress, stripper, and visual artist.^[3][4]

Dani Daniels is from Orange County, California.^[2] She is of Czech, English, and German descent.^[1] She was raised by two mothers.^[5] She attended an art school for about two years, but dropped out.^[6]

Daniels began stripping before her porn career to pay her house rent.^[6][7] Her stage name was derived from the first name of an ex-boyfriend as an act of revenge against him.^[6][8] She entered the adult film industry in January 2011 and joined the agency OC Modelling.^[9] Her first scene was for Reality Kings.^[8] She was initially a lesbian-only performer, but later started performing with men.^[10] Her first four sex scenes with men were in the film Dani Daniels: Dare for Elegant Angel.^[10] Elegant Angel also produced an all-girl film titled Dani, which features Daniels in every scene.^[11] Dani won the 2013 AVN Award for Best All-Girl Release.^[12] Daniels has directed for Filly Films, Penthouse Studios, Brazzers, and Reality Kings.^[13][14]

Daniels is married.^[3] She is also a blogger and painter.^[4] She creates her artwork under the name Kira Lee.^[22] Her technique is pointillism.^[6] As of January 2016, she is attending flight school.^[4] She identifies as bisexual who mainly considers herself a "girl/girl model".^[10]

Scam artists have been using Daniels' photos and impersonating social media accounts for years to con her fans out of money. One man filed a complaint in small claims court in 2018, claiming that Daniels had scammed him out of $1,785. Daniels filed a countersuit alleging that the complainant had wanted to force the case to mediation in order to interact with her. He later dropped the lawsuit.^[3]
