Charles Scott Robinson is an American criminal known for having to serve the longest gaol sentence in U.S. history.
The judge sentenced Robinson to 30,000 years in prison for raping children.
His sentence was given in December 1994.
[1] Convicted by an Oklahoma County District Court jury on Dec. 14, "accused of sexually assaulting a 3-year-old girl, guilty of rape by instrumentation, two counts of forcible oral sodomy and three counts of indecent or lewd acts with a child.
When advised they couldn't assess a life sentence without parole, jurors recommended 5,000 years on each of the six counts.
District Judge Dan Owens made it official Thursday."
