Apart from his work as an architect, Shah is actively involved in the contemporary art and design industry.

In 2015 Shah was invited to curate an exhibition of design at the 8th edition of the India Art Fair in New Delhi.

His exhibition ‘Chand LC’ focused on the history of Modern Indian design and architecture and the works of architects like Le Corbusier and Pierre Jeanneret that are often rare to come by in the Indian sub continent.
