Kutz Music Ministries was started in April of 2013 with just an acoustic guitar, a passion for worship, and a calling from God.

Leading Spirit-filled, High energy worship, Kutz Music Ministries travels from church to church doing worship services, conferences and retreats all over the east coast.

Called into the ministry at the age of 18, Rob worked dead end jobs for the next 5 years. During that time, his desire to lead worship for a living began to seem like it was an untouchable dream. Rob embraced his true calling in life after a Holy Spirit encounter not long after losing his job in April of 2013. Reminded of his calling in that moment, Rob began seeking God on what to do. It was simple. Go lead worship.

"For years I was afraid of quitting my job, stepping out in faith and pursuing my calling. I truly believe that God allowed me to lose my job for me to take a step towards my destiny."

Rob has been leading worship for 15 years and will be going on 3 years being full-time in the ministry this April.

"One of the coolest things," Rob says, "is to see people of all ages put aside life and go after God. It is a powerful thing, and encouraging for me to see that I can make a difference by simply getting out of the way as a worship leader and letting the Holy Spirit move".

Growing up in the Assemblies of God, Rob learned at an early age that worship is something that goes beyond the normal "Song Time" in church. Its a lifestyle. "Wherever the Holy Spirit wants to go during a service, I will follow."

The beginning of 2014 was a ministry changer as Rob's girlfriend, Kayla, now Wife, began leading and playing keys alongside him. Together they have a passion and heart to usher people into the presence of God. Having a strong and aching heart for worship, a strong testimony is evident; that bleeds into the music they play.

Kayla was called into music ministry in early 2010. She has been leading worship for the past 7 years and has been doing part-time music ministry with Rob for the past year and a half. She sings and has played keys for 11 years.

After graduating in 2013, Kayla began schooling at Messiah College with the intent on becoming an elementary school teacher, She quickly realized that being a school teacher was not what God called her to do. Remembering her calling back in 2010, she began seeking God for direction. It was very clear from God that college was not where He wanted her. Being obedient, she quit her schooling and started singing with Rob. The Lord has used her in mighty ways and has completely restored her confidence in herself as a worship leader; something that was lost during her time at Messiah. She continues to push out of her comfort zone and let God direct her.

Having a strong desire and passion to usher people into the Holy throne room, Kayla is sensitive to the Holy Spirit's leading and is continuing to grow and seek God in pursuing His calling for her as a worship leader.

"I believe worship isn't just time spent in church and singing songs. It's a lifestyle that you should live out each and every day. I feel that there is a need to show people and teach people how to truly worship from leading by example."
