Between March 1, 2014 and Oct. 23, 2014, he had been doing it - turn off the sound and the dash cam, walk over to the driver and unzip his pants to show them his penis. Yet, there were times when he would forget to turn the camera off, and after two anonymous tips, this led to his arrest. Investigators reviewed his dash cam footage, and there he was, unzipping, and showing his penis to drivers.
He ended up arrested on several charges of lewdness, official misconduct and tampering with public records, but struck a plea deal to avoid serving jail time or having to register as a sex offender. He pleaded guilty to tampering with evidence and sentenced to two years probation in June 2015. He was also forced to resign and forbidden to ever work as a New Jersey cop again.
Sexual Assault of 16 Year-Old
After about two years since his days of showing citizens his penis while being a government employee, Jason could not resist doing it again. The time since he was sentenced to two years probation has only been a year.
On December 15th, while inside the bathroom of a Burger King, he exposed himself to a 16 year-old boy. The teenager told police that he was in the bathroom when Miller entered the room and placed his hand down the boy's pants. Allegedly, He forced the teen to perform Fellatio on him.
His lawyer, Anthony Iacullo, says that Jason ferociously denies the allegations. He told police he went to the bathroom at the same time and that it was actually the teen offered him oral sex.
Yet, there is video surveillance that shows Jason sitting down with the toddler eating their food. The 16 year old then goes to the bathroom and Jason follows after him. He leaves the toddler unattended.
Following the alleged assault Thursday, the Burger King manager followed Miller to his vehicle, according to an affidavit obtained by NJ Advance Media, and New Jersey State Police were called.
New Jersey State Police believed the teen, arresting Miller on charges of second-degree sexual assault, second-degree endangering the welfare of a child and third-degree endangering the welfare of a child. He was also jailed on a $200,000 bond with no ten percent option to bail out, so it is evident he is no longer protected by the Blue Privilege he once had.
