"Fu Dog rocks!" - Something you hear people saying about this Chattanooga based rock band. Their swamp-trudging neo blues has a mind of its own and answers to no one. Fu Dog's righteous songs break the chains of stereotypical rock music because let's face it, there is nothing stereotypical about this band.
In the summer of 2011, David Long and Charles Newby packed their bags headed for Gulf Shores, Alabama, where they would write and record for "Imaginary Friends", Fu Dog's debut EP.
Weeks later, a life changing close-call with an alligator and finished tracks in hand, the two moved back to Chattanooga to put it all together.
Fu Dog's EP titled, "Imaginary Friends", is now available on iTunes and everywhere. Listen to a few tracks on Facebook, Reverbnation and Myspace. Be sure and drop a line on Facebook, listen to the album on Reverbnation and Stay tuned to what Fu Dog is up to. You do not want to miss anything these dogs throw out!
