Nashville band Friendship Commanders prefer to get to the point when it comes to making music. Formed in early 2013, the combined sum of its members' influences -which range all the way from Heavy Metal to R&B- equals a simple and energetic form of modern Punk/Hard Rock, which can be heard on their June 2013 EP release, Amos. Comprised of three members: Nashville natives Cody McCall and Jerry Roe, and Miami transplant by-way-of New York City B. Arson, present a melody-heavy, yet aggressive form of rock-n’-roll that harkens back the grunge and post-punk era of the early 90’s, while also drawing influence from punk greats such as The Descendents and classic metal pioneers Iron Maiden.
