Eromo Egbejule is an award winning Nigerian freelance journalist based in Lagos, Nigeria. His writing has been featured in many publications including The Guardian, Reuters, The Africa Report, Ventures Africa and Guardian Nigeria.    
By the age 15, Egbejule was writing HTML and CSS code, learning how to trade FOREX; at 16, he was dabbling into graphics. At 18, he was writing a novel about cult wars and learning German while planning to travel the world. 
He is one of the six Budgit Media Fellows for 2017. In 2016, he won the PwC Journalist of the Year for SME Reporting Award and was a finalist for the CNN Multichoice African Journalist Award.
