Daniel Shakhani is a British-born inventor, entrepreneur, financier and philanthropist. He is the founder and CEO of RDS Capital, Co-founder of Salary Finance and strategic advisor to Global Reach Investments, and is based in London.[5]

Daniel first started his career in finance working for major firms such as Goldman Sachs and Royal Bank of Scotland.

 

In 2010, Daniel founded RDS Capital a family-owned strategic advisory firm working closely with corporations, family offices, and the worlds most influential business leaders. Daniel was formerly a principal of a single family office (GKAM) in London where he led the creation of the Financial Times Philanthropy & Global Impact Summit. Daniel has been recognised as a pioneer in the world of social entrepreneurship and co-founded SalaryFinance.com with Asesh Sarkar and Dan Cobley former MD of Google (UK).[5]

 

Salary Finance is one of the fastest growing fintech companies worldwide focused on financial wellbeing in the workplace. The platform has received a series of accolades recognised as a finalist in the World Economic Forum tech pioneers, Grant Thornton "Faces of a Vibrant Economy", KPMG Fintech 100 and co-founders nominated for National Business Awards Entrepreneur of the Year 2018. 

 

In addition, Daniel co-founded the Financial Times Family Office report, FT Innovation in Family Business, FT Investing for Global Impact and Chairman of the Milken Institute Young Global Leaders which includes intellectually curious, motivated and philanthropic young professionals between the ages of 25 and 40 who support the Milken Institute and its mission.[5]

 

A keen supporter of social entrepreneurship he is an active speaker at global conferences and most recently had published a white paper on leadership practices "creation of success" taught to 52 incoming professors of the Los Angeles College District. He was formerly on the advisory board of Hand in Hand founded by European Industrialist Dr. Percy Barnevick. Daniel worked closely with Elon Musk’s brother, Kimbal Musk World Economic Forum Entrepreneur of the Year.[8]

 
 

Education

Daniel attended the Ashmole School. He later enrolled into Harvard Business School and completed the PLD program in Management.[5]

Personal Life

Daniel is married to Ronit Shakhani. They have three children together, Eliana, Raphael, and Natanel.[2]
