Claire's Place Foundation is a 501c3 Non profit organization dedicated to provide emotional and financial support to families living withCystic fibrosis. The organization was started by Claire Weinland who herself lives with the terminal disease. With the help of her mother, she has been able to help people across the country. Claire’s Place Foundation is a way for Claire to give back with hope, strength, and joy and make meaning of what she has had to go through. 
The organization has received awards from FoxTeen Choice Awards 2015, Barron Prize for Young Heroes, Southbay Magazine's "Top South Bay Teen", Looking Beyond LA's "Soaring Spirit Awards", and Winner of Los Angeles Daily Journal's "Small Nonprofit of the year".
