Christian Robertson is a typeface designer as well as an Interface designer.[2] [1] Robertson is known for designing the Roboto typeface when he worked at Google.[3]

In 1986, when Robertson was in fifth grade, he designed his first typeface, "Christian".[4] Robertson is a former student of Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, where he received Bachelor of Fine Arts degree as a graphic designer.[5]

Robertson runs his own type foundry, BetaType, which is located in California. He also holds the position of Associate Director of Visual Design at a California-based interface design company, Punchcut.[5]

Dear Sarah, Doublewide, Grant Avenue and Phil Gothic are some of the other typefaces Robertson has designed.[5]
