Ariane de Vogue is an American journalist based in Washington, D.C. She is a reporter for CNN covering the Supreme Court and legal issues, chronicling everything from breaking news about major rulings to the evolving politics of personality among the justices.   
Since joining the network, de Vogue has covered the sudden death of Justice Antonin Scalia and the nominations of Judges Merrick Garland and Neil M. Gorsuch to the Supreme Court. She has also covered groundbreaking Supreme Court decisions on gay marriage, health care, religious freedom and abortion. 
During and after the 2016 election cycle, she has followed voting rights challenges across the county and has explored legal issues surrounding the President's executive orders. She joined CNN in 2015. 
As an investigative producer for ABC News, she also worked on stories concerning terrorism, the aftermath of September 11th, the presidential impeachment proceedings, campaign finance regulations, and legal challenges during national elections.
