Wynton McManis (born September 20, 1994) is a Canadian football linebacker for the Calgary Stampeders of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He was signed by the San Francisco 49ers after going undrafted in the 2016 NFL Draft. He played college football at University of Memphis.[2]

Professional career

On May 12, 2016, the San Francisco 49ers signed McManis as an undrafted free agent following the 2016 NFL Draft.[3] He was released on August 27, 2016 and was signed to the practice squad on November 29, 2016.[4][5] On December 23, 2016, the 49ers promoted McManis to their active roster from their practice squad after placing Torrey Smith on injured-reserve.[6] He made his professional debut the following day in a 22-21 victory over the Los Angeles Rams.[7] On May 2, 2017, McManis was waived by the 49ers.[8]
